I'm something to the effect of a Catering & Conference Services Butler, which basically just means a waitress who wears a suit and tends to hundreds of people at a time instead of dozens. I graduate in June of 2008 w/ a BS in Culinary Management. I love to cook and my new big thing is pescatarianism, which is a stupid and embarassing word, but because of it's reshaping of the way I cook and eat, I'm never very far from a For Dummies book or cookbook.I'm an aunt of 8 & if this whole MySpace thing wasn't potentially creepy all my pictures would be of my nieces & nephews.I am desperately in love w/ my friends, but school, work, & reality prevent me from spending every waking moment w/ them.
