I am tough, sweet,honest, loving, insipiring and full of life. I am an Ultrarunner I love to run 100 mile trail races all over the country. My running has taken me as far as Morocco. This year I spent 21 days 511 miles running/Fastpacking through the Sierras. I love the people who I meet along my lifes journey. I love setting speed records on trails. I hold the womans record on the John Muir trail 212 miles, 5 days 15 hours. I also hold the overall record for a double on the John Muir trail 424 miles, 12 days 4 hours. Girls rule!!! The wilderness is my church & this is where I pray. I have run over 250 ultramarathons since 1999. My FAVORITE distance is 100 miles. I have run 45+ (100 mile )trail races. I love to challenge my body and my mind. "Those who say it cannot be done should not interrupt the person doing it." To all the people who say I can't or shouldn't do what I do! I have been clean & sober 12 years. I have no regrets in life. I always give thanks that I was a speed freak. Had I not went through that chapter of my life I would of never become this strong tough girl. I also would of never found my love and passion for trailrunning. My life is exciting and I live each day like it's my last. I also love Rock climbing, fast packing and traveling. I also collect tattoos they tell the story of my life. My dream is to climb Mt. Everest the highest peak in the world. I hope to do this in 2010. I have a lot of training to get there. I hope to travel to Nepal in 2008 to hang out and soak it all in at base camp. I want to just go and connect with the climbers. 2007 I will be going for the womans speed record on the Pacific crest trail 2,700 miles from Mexico to Canada. "Life is a journey not a destination"
