By far, the best movies I have ever seen is a two part series called Jean De Florette (Pt.I) and Manon Des Sources (Pt.II). Absolutely amazing. Other Favorites...American Beauty, Life is Beautiful, Sabrina, Cinema Paradiso, Kill Bill 1 & 2, Bread and Tulips, Il Postino, Mystic River, Elizabethtown, A Bronx Tale... anything with Johnny Depp (except Chocolate Factory)... all the National Lampoon's Vacations... anything by Tim Burton... love Jack Nicholson...
The Young & The Restless, What Not To Wear, Next Top Model, The OC (damn Janelle!), The Bachelor,
Where can I possibly start?? I read ALOT.... For my culinary "appetite" I always love a good cookbook also Anthony Bourdain's "Kitchen Confidential" and "A Cook's Tour" were great if you like that stuff... to feel good and have a laugh, anything by Sophie Kinsella or Marian Keyes will do... all of Maeve Binchy's books are easy reads and most importantly very thick... The Australian Trilogy by Bryce Courtenay was very good (especially the first two), also very thick... Authors At Random- Alice Hoffman, John Steinbeck, Robertson Davies, Amy Tan, Robert Munsch, James Clavell (for Jon)... Books At Random- Memoirs of a Geisha, The Lovely Bones, The Alchemist, Daughter of Fortune, Les Miserables, A Tale of Two Cities, The Poisonwood Bible and of course Heart of Darkness (for Ainsworth)
Mr. Richard Ainsworth a teacher who changed my life. Mme. Leslie Boldt-Irons my french professor, an amazing woman who I greatly admire.
