The Wagtails is a four-piece rockabilly group from
west-coast of Finland . We play rockabilly with influences
from 30´s-40's Countryblues and Western Swing,
50's
Rock´n´roll and even 60's instrumental and beat music.
We've never tried to fit ourselves in a certain category,
so that's why we
play songs from every genre and artist we feel like;
Merle Travis, Paul Anka, Jon English, Tommy Roe, Carl Perkins,
Alton & Jimmy and Viper's Skiffle Group just to name a few
Even an old Meteors song has crawled into our live show!
