Your Life Path Number is 11
Your purpose in life is to inspire others
Your amazing energy draws people to you, and you give them great insight in return.
You hold a great amount of power over others, without even trying.
You have the makings of an inventor, artist, religious leader, or prophet.
In love, you are sensitive and passionate. You connect with your partner on a very deep level.
You have great abilities, but you are often way too critical of yourself.
You don't fit in - and instead of celebrating your differences, you dwell on them.
You have high expectations of yourself. But sometimes you set them too high and don't achieve anything.
What Is Your Life Path Number?

The "Waco Kid"
Owner-Steve Wertheimer, also owner of the Continental Clubs in Austin and Houston!

THE WACO KID
"At the end of WWII a young soldier was discharged from the military in San Diego. Anxious to return home to Waco, Tx he bought a Model A Ford Roadster for $75. A week later he arrived in Waco. While serving in the military, his mechanical and fabrication skills were honed like many young men and he began modifying the Model "A" upon his return home. He bought another used car, a 1940 Ford as a donor car and transformed the stock Model A in to the Hot Rod you see here. I used the flathead V-8 and transmission and other parts from the '40 Ford to hop up his roadster. He also channelled the body over the frame, chopped the windshield and had a custom soft top made to fit the modified body. Other custom touches were made to the car like '39 Ford taillights and a '32 grill was put on the car. All the modifications are just as they were when Tom Orren transformed this this stock Model A into one of the first hod rods built in central Texas.

As the story goes, w/ the added power and performance to the car, by the late 40's and early 50's, Tom Orren had the fastest car in Central Texas. He could not be beat..................until one fateful night in 1955............a brand new Chevy sedan, right off the showroom floor, w/ the first year of the overhead V-8, pulled up next to Tom at a stop light and the race was on. The little roadster was beaten by a showroom stock family sedan! Tom Orren feeling his little hot rod was now obsolete, drove his roadster home, parked it in the barn never to be seen or driven again.
In 1998, Tom passed away and in his will gave the car to younger friend of his named Cotter Stringer. Tom met Cotter when Cotter was only 12 years old (back in the 50's) when the young boy came into Mercury Tool and Die where Tom worked and designed and built race karts. Cotter bought one of these karts and and they remained friend throughout Tom's life. In 2004 the car changed hands and the current owner of this historic piece of hot rod history is making this car available so the masses can see what it used to be like back in the day............
Recognizing the historical value of an era and the hot rod, only long term maintenance issues were dealt with on this car. A change in automotive design and engineering caused an untold number of these cars to be destroyed. We are fortunate that this one was keep intact."
