Born in Botswana Southern Africa in the 80's to a scholar/writer and a fashion designer both hailing from Ghana ( West Africa), last born of 7 kids ..... part of the " Hip hop done changed my life" generation.I have drawn influence from different sources, such as crazy life experiences, art, love, money and people. Nelson Mandela' s , life and rise to power from township to being behind bars for 27 years was and is a major influence to my life. After i realised how far self expression and determination could get you, there wasn't much you could tell me after that.Music is amazing, however you use it, whatever you do with it, and if you open yourself up to it you can make wonders ..... which is what brought me here.I think I've been here before but never felt it like this, so anybody who is here with me now is experiencing something new, something big. I've come from Freestyle cyphers to Live Jam sessions spilling beer on amps, poetry rings to battling outside of clubs.I'm the uncoolest cool guy you'll meet, murkin' a 9-5er and we all have dreams.Im feeling the Putos Champs/ F*Champs (www.myspace.com/putoschamps) so i get busy to their beats, check em out!You can call me Swarthy, my friends call me Swarth.
