About Me

Flamingos. Awesome.
A Floridiot, born in Jax, FL. Lived in Mitchellville, MD. Then headed back to the Sunshine State, living in Orlando, FL until I finished at UCF (a 5-year degree in Marketing & Mass Communications). I moved away from the growing-metro city of Orlando and to the overdeveloped area of South Florida (Fort Lauderdale). Now, I am back in the northeast region, just 67 miles from the Big Apple and in the middle of the mountains, right in the Poke-a-Nuts (Poconos).

More spiritual by choice. In a positive mind-frame that keeps me going. Praying, becoming unstoppable - believing that God places you in situations to presevere by, to only move up from.

Friends? I have the best that will ever come around. Quality indivduals. Intelligent individuals. Beautiful individuals. All adding to the spectrum of each others lives in one way or another. The Real World without the drama. It's Disney World without the tourists. The happiest place on earth.

My Interests

Building big biceps (the lingering nightmares of competitive weightlifting in high school). Took lessons for over 10 years and achieved level Difficult II (piano). Had an obsession with pens & paper since I was little (writing). The only way I can get 100+ monochromatic tones of purple (MAC makeup). An interface that definitely beats out the PC (APPLE (mac)). One reason I lived in South Florida (Miami/South Beach). With or without cocktail sauce, this is why I'll be a flamingo one day (shrimp). This is why I'm crazy (the color purple). With friends, this is the best (inspirational conversations). Why I've continued my edumucation (stimulating my brain to prevent brain farts). A new addiction in the Poke-A-Nuts (SNOWBOARDING). Oh, and cancing in circles, moving my feet to hard-hitting house beats in clubs.

Music:

My mind is like a parachute, it's open to everything, except for Country. You may find me singing along to Sade at a karaoke bar, dancing around in circles to some hard-hitting house beats in South Beach, screaming at the top of my lungs a Journey song, rapping in the car with Blake to some Scarface jam throwback, or even head-banging to some Story of the Year song. What you'll always find is that I have an interesting taste in music - but my ultimate favorite of 2007 and 2008: Thievery Corporation.
