i'm an irish-german bred red-headed outlaw chef. currently i am the executive sous chef for Patty Long Catering, located in historic Soulard at the picturesque 9th St Abbey, and i really enjoy my job. outlaw cooking is my culinary style, i love cooking and coming up with new dishes. been all over this country and now call bellevegas home. B-town is located on the ILL side of STL, i love this town!! nobody partyz harder and that's a scientific fact. I enjoy STL cardinals, books, food, the outdoors, good music and pure adrenaline rushes, and i like to have a good time Yum!....that's my mantra. There are only two mantras, Yum and Yuk. Mine is Yum, Yuu-mmmm.
