Back in 2002, Boutique was formed in the southern suburbs of Chavinda by musician sons Panchito, guitarist Moco and their bassist carnal Matius, Chito and vocal Chino Maracas.
The act with the first arena-sized sound in the pop-glam movement, Boutique united such varying influences as Laura in America, Cabaret Voltaire, and La Sonora Dinamita to create a dance-rock-glam fusion which rivalled the best old-school gandallas - on their own terms - keeping a crowd of people on the floor by working through any number of groove-oriented styles featuring unmissable samples, from familiar guitar riffs to vocal tags to various sound effects.
In 2005, Buffete was realeased (2005, Autoparto Producciones, Independiente).
