Hola, I'm Kirk. Born in Alton, IL area, and have been living in the St. Louis, MO area all my life. It's fantastic to have myspace and other social networking sites to keep up with friends and family. Also, in my case, being a musician, it's primarily used to network with the regional music scene, and discover independent, non-major bands/artists all over the world.
I love collaborting and creating music with others, I'll call it a hobby, but making music is part of who I am, and take it seriously... but at this time in my life, its all about the enjoyment of music, and brotherhood and friendships that come along with it.
Lastly, I encourage you to explore local original music venues in your area and socialize outside the comforts of your home computer. In a metro area like I'm in, there are all kinds of bands/artists, performing in many genre's of music out there, definitely something for everyone to go out and enjoy. And live music, when done well, is a great way to divert your body, mind and soul.
