Midway through 2000, bassist Christian put an ad in the Miami New Times looking for a guitarist. Josh responded and he and Christian began jamming. A few months later Christian recruited drummer Shawn and vocalist Gene. Finally came lead guitarist Fabian. Thus was the Fix-n-Flow born. Their time together as bandmates was short-lived (about a month or two), but they produced a few original tunes that were recorded during a studio rehearsal.
