Get at the dude...100We Rep Erie: Erie ain't just a city that lies beneath of the shadows of the Great Lake, it's a city where the new Jordans and Forces are the topic of dinner conversation year round. It's where the only thing we worried about is GETTIN' PAID and makin' it hard for others to flex!! It's where there's a Moes, McDonalds, a Chinese Store, and a church on every corner, and you look forward to the 1st day of May when it's time to go clubbin on State Street. It's where you know it's POP, not soda and we say you, not yinz. It's where people rock tough ass shape-ups, the fresh ass hair do's, chicks stay fly in Baby Phat, kats kill 'em in Dickies and polos, "A Ones", Jordans, colored Timbs and Air Maxes . Most importantly, where everyone is FAMILY and it's aight to say whasup to someone you don't know, cuz nine times outta ten y'all related. Its where everybody says "Yo", "My Bitch", "Dude", "Chill", and "It's Nothin", and "God Bless" in every sentence, and only people from Erie can respond. Its where people ride or die for East, Vincent, Central, Prep and McDowell. Its a city thats full of dancers and ballers who fully pronounce their vowels. The city where everybody hangs out @ the McDonald's entrance in the Millcreek mall, and where State Street is the directions to get anywhere in the city. Its the city of neighborhoods: 24th Street, The Holly a.k.a. The Yo, 18th Street, 7th Street, Franklin Terrace, Brookside, Townies, Schafer, Erie Heights, Glendale/Woodlawn/Linwood and the lower West Side. It's where everybody loves where theyre from, ERIE!!! That is Erie, the city where we don't take kindly to outsiders who knock our hustle........outsiders will never understand!!!!
