Anyone with a decent personality, who likes to have a laugh and not take life as seriously as we should. Having the same interests also help (e.g. NO EMOS/CHAVS/CHAVMOES) cos for anyone who thinks they're life sucks and wants to die, should either go ahead and kill themselves and just get the fuck over it, cos I'm not being a shoulder to cry on. Also, people who can talk proper English and not think they're black or something (hence why I don't like chavs).
