Well, well, well... my name is Clifton Henri... photographer/art director/ poet/ and you can check me out @ www.cliftonhenri.comI produce a calendar every year featuring the fusion of photography and poetry. There is an underlying theme of empowerment, concern for the black community, education, passion, and historical reference but mostly I look at my calendars as an album of sorts. I talk about everything... I'm not just giving you a calendar of cute babies, or dogs in hats... it's waaaayyy more conceptual than that and you have to have an appreciation for art to fully understand - a social awareness to even remotely comprehend. Every shot delivers a message. Every poem tells a story. It's a collection of everyday life interpreted though my eye and imagination.Check the slide show of my CURRENT calendar as well as some of the shots from previous years.

I'd like to meet:

I'd like to meet photographers, illustrators, and other designers. I'm fa-eva interested in a colabo. Models, jewlery designers, fashion designers, poets.... it doesn't matter. Get at me. The only way any of us are going to make it is if we work with and support eachother. Follow-through is probably the toughest thing to do, especially in a society where people talk too much. Support your fellow artists... and mean it.
