Las two books I read and couldn't put down: The Kite Runner(amazing) and Good in Bed! I just started to read again. I loved the Harry Potter Series. Right everything has one theme: living in LA; My mom keeps bringing me novels about life in LA. Her way of trying to support my dreams. The last one I read was crazy it was called Cassandra French's Finishing School for Boys. It was about this business affairs lawyer who worked for a major studio, but also kept boys chained in her basement who were enrolled in her"Finishing School," to be better men. It was written by the same guy who wrote "Matchstick Men." Lately, I haven't had time to read. I'll get half way into a book and stop.I simultaneously read "Angels in America", "True and False" by David Mamet and a book of true short stories by Chuck P.(the author of Fight Club). I can't just read one book at a time. I really enjoy reading plays and books on acting. I haven't read anything in awhile. I was reading "On the Road Again" by Jack Kerouac but I keep stopping and starting. Recently I read "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time" which I really liked. I also recently read on acting by Sanford Meisner.Books in my past that I've liked: The Secret Garden, Jane Eyre, The Celestine Prophecy, Choose Your Own Adventure Books, The Ramona Quimby books, Sweet Valley Twins and High, Anne of Green Gables, The Orphan Train books, Miss Nelson is Missing, Curious George and Dr. Seuss, Shel Silverstein books, etc..My dad's an author, but I'm such a bad daughter. I've never read one of his books.
I look up to people who have made a difference in the life of others, including my own.
