Cruel Circus is the new band from ex-Libitina frontman Phillip Good. Phillip started Cruel Circus back in 1992 whilst at University and continued it as an on-off side project throughout his time with This Violet Desire, Quite, Fiesta and Libitina.Although he plays all of the instruments on Passchandaele (as well as all the previous Cruel Circus recordings), Phillip has just got together with Michael Palfrey and Peter Painter, with a view to making a return to the live circuit in early 2009.
