I am here for Friends

About Me

I am 32 years old, happily married for 5 years to my beautiful wife Jill, and I have a very handsome 11 year old son Jason. I live in New York. Let me see what else I can tell you about myself. I was born with a built in best friend, my identical twin brother Jimmy. But most of you reading this probably already know that. When people ask me how it feels to be a twin, I tell them I don't know how it feels not to be one. I also have a younger sister Danielle. Unlike most big brothers, I always have gotten along with my sister. OK, I almost scared her to death once with a stupid prank, but I think she's forgiven me for that. I think. Um...lets see, I love to travel. But I think that's really a family trait. Everyone in my family lives and breathes vacations. But obviously you need to work first. I am athletic and enjoy sports and running. I have completed several 5K's and 2 marathons (NYC and WDW)and plan on possibly doing my 3rd late this year. I also am an avid downhill skiier and bowler. I'm very competitive by nature. I will try almost anything once, as long as it guarantees fun and that I'll remain alive when it's over. I recently went cave-tubing in Belize, that was pretty sweet, and we weren't attacked by any jaguars in the rain forest, so that's always good. I enjoy many different kinds of music and movies, as well as some good novels. Yes, I may be a 32 year old man, but I'm a big Harry Potter fan. What can I say? They're great books! I don't watch much TV, but I am addicted to 2 shows. That would be 24, and Lost. I'm not alone here. I am an artist, and love to draw, and started painting lately too. Check out one of my paintings in my pictures. Lately my artwork has consisted of little doodles, but I have a nice portfolio from my teenage years. There's much more about me to say, but I really don't have the space, or the time to write it all. So that's me in a nutshell. Any questions?

Music:

I am a fan of all kinds of music, from Rock to Rap, and Old School to Oldies. At any given time you'll find anything in my CD player, and if I had an iPod, you'd be amazed at the variety. I can not list any artists or bands here because I wouldn't have enough room.

Movies:

Way to many just to like a few. I like all kinds of movies from all different time periods, here are some of my favorites: Apollo 13, Jurrasic Park, Back to the Future, Contact, The Village, Honeymoon in Vegas, My Cousin Vinny, Weekend at Bernie's, Airplane!, Die Hard, Dumb and Dumber, Meet the Parents, etc. etc.

Television:

I'm not a television junkie, but 24 and Lost are two shows I can not miss. Both are riveting and extremely addictive, but I guess that's better than cigarettes. I also love The Office, very funny show, especially if you work in one. I can never have enough Seinfeld, whenever I see a rerun, I have to watch it till the end. Reality...I was big into Survivor but haven't caught it this season. The Amazing Race is still a show that's hard to watch only because I should be on it! Game shows....Deal or No Deal is very hot right now and I love rooting for people to win or lose, depending on how greedy they are. That's probably it right now. Do Yankee games count?

Books:

Harry Potter 1 - 6, Michael Crichton, Stephen King, Dean Koontz, Dan Brown all great.

Heroes:

MEAN PEOPLE SUCK

Have you ever heard that expression?  I have seen it on bumper stickers and magnets in gift shops and I never gave it a second thought... until now.  It's very true.  Can I ask you...

Embarrassing moment
