Darwin Johnson came to Los Angeles via Florida in 1997. He quickly became known in the industry as a formidable force on the bass guitar, booking tours with Kelly Clarkson, Anastasia, Chante Moore, Joe Firstman, Josh Kelley, Deborah Cox, and Pepe Aguilar.
He has performed on The Tonight Show, David Letterman, Ellen Degeneres, Good Morning America, The Wayne Brady Show, Carson Daly, Regis and Kelly, The Early Show, Craig Kilborn and just about every other TV show you can think of.
His recording credits include Ashanti, Anastasia and Josh Kelley. Darwin's band The Weight is currently completing their FIRST STUDIO ALBUM and supporting Josh Kelley on tour.
