First and formost, I love to read! I am a book junky.... But I love music and dancing!.... Anything outdoors, but you can definitely pull me inside for any performance! Occult and paranormal interests as well. My ideal business would be to own a metaphysical book shop.....where you walk in and smell the incense and herbs.....
People with a zest for life and an open mind. People who aren't afraid to expand their minds, and who can take a freakin' joke!!!! If you are looking to add me, and you don't actually know me, take the time to send me a message 'cause I don't add just anybody....yes, I can actually say I know 99% of the people on my friends list! I'd also love to meet other pagans in the Bay Area, especially other pagan parents!
Well, I am a pretty mixed box of musical interests..... a little bit of country, a little bit of rock n roll....and pretty much anything in between. I have a kids, so I even like Radio Disney! (yeah, that's right, I said Disney).
On my movie ticket, it's normally some kind of action! Give me some blood and guts, and I'm good to go! The next movie I want to see is the new Indiana Jones! Ummmm, Harrison Ford. He has come a long way from Star Wars, but like a fine wine, with age he is still good! I love Pirates 1 and 2, and of course 3!!!! But you can still find me willing to sit down with a girl friend and a box of hankies.......
For the times I am actually home to watch television, it's mostly reruns (cause that's when I'm home)..... Charmed, which has ended :~(....CSI-Las Vegas all the way! I love the Discovery Channel, History Channel, Discovery Times, and TLC. I am a What Not to Wear junkie!!! And my all time favorite is the Food Network!
Ah, my favorite subject...... I can, and probably have, read books on just about any subject. It's all about expanding your horizons...... My favorite author is Laurell K. Hamilton. If you haven't read her, and like fantasy/sci fi, you should look her up..... I also really like thrillers....True crime stories are a fav as well!
My favorite hero is my daughter. When I see the world through her eyes, I know the world I want to create for her. My 'biggest' hero is my husband, my favorite GI Joe. And I thank the gods every day that he's out of the army. (he was in the first Gulf war) My other heros are any and all of us who have the inner strength to make change: It may not be a huge thing, or something that the world knows about..... it can be something quiet as not taking that candy bar, or saying no to that first cigarette. I try to be my own hero every day, by not accepting things I feel are wrong......My newest hero is my son, Christopher... Ah, the innocence of baby eyes, and the adorableness (mostly) of baby tantrums.. I love the lip!!!
