"RADA Tha RebeliouZ" is a Beatmaker/Producer from Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. Living back and forth from PR to New York(Brooklyn and Bronx) to Florida(Orlando), He was introduced to various music styles and genres at an early age that help him a develop a passion for music. In his teenage years, RADA started developing a better understanding of sampling technology by playing around with his cousin, DJ/Rapper Mexto's Gemini Mixer which featured a 12sec digital sampler. He help his cousin co-produced mixtapes of his brother's spanish Hip-hop group known as "R.E.B.E.L. Alliance aka Alianza Rebelde". The street concious group from Mayaguez, PR brought a 'spanglish' lyrical style of hip-hop with social/political topics in the mid 90's where "Underground Reggae" (Now known as Reggaeton) heavily dominated the music scene for the youth in Puerto Rico. Risiding now in Lancaster, PA with ambitions of exploding into the Hip-Hop Production scene with a vengence, RADA Tha RebeliouZ along with his partner in crime Oakland, California native "Tha Mizphit" and formed NOVU Productions in late 2001. A production duo with versality in mind ranging from heavy sampling to original compositions. N.O.V.U. is currently working on various projects set for release in late 2008/early 2009, be sure to check back as the journey to keep Hip-Hop alive and well begins.
