Where do I begin... At the age of 21 I decided that I'd had enough of Ohio and wondered over to the UK to see what the British were all about. Landed a job managing a spa for a cruise line which enabled me to see a bit more of the world and make some extra cash on the side. 5 years later, Australia came calling. I landed a gig with an Orient Express property who were looking for a Spa Director for their resort. For some reason, they liked what they saw in my resume and talked me into enduring the 21 hour flight over to see what Australia has to offer. It couldn't of happened at a better time. I was sick of England. The rain, the cold weather, the $10 pints of Stella, Eastenders, had all taken its toll. I needed a change. So, Australia it is.. (For Now) I recently was promoted as the Regional Spa Director for Orient Express Australia which has me oversee both Lilianfels and the Observatory Day spa's. So it looks like I'll be living in Sydney for awhile which I'm more than happy with and it just means that my friends and family are going to have to endure the 20+ hour flight on more than one occasion.
