Balls Out Pen 15 Productions was established back in 2001 by a group of young high school film students, out of the city of Sylmar in the San Fernando Valley, California. Since then we have made several shorts dealing with crude humor, love triangles, and Kung-Fu. That is just what we do. Some people find us offensive and others hilarious, but it's what we do.
