About Me

Hi, my name is Martin, please call me Mart. I was born 16/Nov/66 which at present, makes me 41!!!....that's not right, I'm sure I'm only 28. I've always loved music but have always had a fascination with the creative side aswell as the listening side. I have always been a big lover of the synthesizer and electronic music in general. I wrote my first compositions in the mid 80's...but without the technology we have today to digitally record our music to proffessional studio quality, I didn't take anything seriously. I was sound engineer and roadie for a singer, touring pubs and clubs between 87 and 90. I've always had a keyboard nearby just to knock out a few tunes here and there throughout the years but it wasn't untill the late 90's, with PC's becoming more popular, that I was able to take my music abit more seriously. The quality of the programs I was using though(Music2k,Ejay), were still not allowing me to actually do what I wanted to do and again...it went no further. It wasn't untill I found 'Reason 3.0' early last year, that a fully working 'virtual' recording studio that I actually understood, was now at my finger tips. I'm too old now to be a 'pop star', but never too old to produce. :-)

The Drive

The latest track to take a re-vamp under my mastering skills. More compression(well actually the last version didn't have any and is why it fell flat on it's face when I played it on my incar stereo),...

Shells Theme.

Uploaded a new version of Shell's Theme. A more mellow piano as I felt the last one was a little harsh sounding. Also, a more flowing intro and naturally slowing notes at the end of the track rather t...
