About Me

We are currently looking for gigs throughout the UK. If you are a promoter or a band and can help put us on in your neck of the woods then PM us here or send an email to [email protected].
The Day I Snapped formed in late 2000. The current line-up is: Alan Easton (lead vox/guitar), Richie Bradford (lead guitar), Craig Brennan(drums/b-vox) and Andy McFarlane (bass/). The Snapped have gradually worked their way towards their goal, notching up some good shows as opening acton their way, from their first with King Prawn at King Tuts in early 2001, as well as a memorablePunkorama show with Bouncing Souls. They've also opened for the likes of Jackson United,Nightmare Of You, Bowling For Soup, The Lawrence Arms, Down By Law, The Pavers, Story of the Year,Gameface, Leatherface, Piebald, Midtown, Billy Talent, Sense Field, Against Me, Pretty Girls Make Graves,Strung Out, Gorilla Biscuits, Biffy Clyro, Blood Brothers, Moneen and many others, not forgetting playing a sold-out Glasgow SECC, Scotland's largest indoorarena, with American giants The Offspring and recently did something that every Scottish band would love to do byplaying at a packed out Barrowlands with the All American Rejects. A 12 track album entitled Hooked On Disaster was completed last year, produced by former bassistChris Gordon (now with Union Of Knives ) and the band have recently signed to aUK label and released the album on October 30th on LockjawRecords.
