About Me

MyGen Profile Generator
Some of my favourite things: the aroma of sweet things baking in the oven, the sound of rain on the roof, good music in my ears, a fire in the fireplace. Watching movies (at the theatre or on DVD), exploring the great outdoors (backpacking, hiking, camping), enjoying good food away from home, and traveling the world. Birding, cycling, Internet-time-wasting, games (computer, card, board), drinking with friends... See all my travel pages

I'd like to meet:

Old classmates & friends. People w/similar backgrounds.
Prince Charming? i.e. Matt Damon, Matthew McConaughey, Brendan Fraser, Brad Pitt, Colin Firth, etc.

Music:

My music taste is "variable". Having been a musician since I was young, I developed a taste for "anything that sounds good" / moves me. Historically I enjoyed classical music, then country, and now-days have migrated towards pretty much anything including alternative, classic rock, opera, and even Scottish folk. I have even been known to enjoy a little rap.

Horror, romantic comedy, some silly comedies (think: Will Ferrell, Adam Sandler), drama, historical (Braveheart, Rob Roy, Gladiator), romance (Pride & Prejudice).

Television:

At the moment, I am only following "Lost".

Books:

Dean Koontz, Anne Rice, classics (Thomas Hardy, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle), John Sanford.
