I like to go hiking but I'm not very close to the mountains anymore so I haven't been in a while. I love dancing, reading, walking to the beach and tanning with my headphones on. My family means the world to me and I miss my nieces terribly, especially my lil Emily. I love my friends and the countless good times we have together. I love the human touch, affection, kissing. The connection is comforting, warm. I really love watching movies in bed or on a comfy couch under the covers, but I will fall asleep! The best sport... Football!! GO NOLES, GO JAGS! Football season is entirely too short. Sunshine makes me happy, I hate it more than anything when it's gloomy for too long. I love hot showers, staying up as long as possible, watching ocean sunsets from my patio, or anywhere, fresh air, a good rain once in a while, the sound of rain, the sound cars make driving by on wet streets whiiiiiiishhhh, and of course the first day of sunshine after the rain. Tan blue-eyed brunettes are a weakness. I think it's cute when djs shake their booty while they spin. I like driving with the windows down, singing, beach cruisin, taking care of people when they are sick, shopping at Santa Monica Promenade, and cats! :) Is that enough? These are a few pics I took with my phone while at Santa Monica beach December 2004.
I edited my profile with Thomas’ Myspace Editor V3.6 !

My favorite book is The Cage by Ruth Minsky Sender. It's a non fiction holocaust story. I've shed an incredible amount of tears over the pages of this book.
I recently picked up the habit of reading every day on my lunch break, it's not a whole lot 15-45 mins a day but I really enjoy it. I love Stephen King. I've read most of his classic novels, not so much of the newer stuff. I started the 3rd book in the Gunslinger series a while ago but put it down and read Bringing Down the House, which I just finished, so now I'm gonna get back to the Gunslinger. There are 7 books in the series and I've only finished 2 so I've got a long way to go at just 15-45 mins a day!!!
**Update, I finished book 4... loved it!! It was like it's own complete story within the series. So far book 2 & 4 are my favs the other two have dragged a little. I need to order #5 so I can get to reading it, might read something else first though.
**Update 03/07.. haven't read in a while. Got Ayn Rand the Fountainhead for xmas and just started reading it. I'm 200 pages in and really like it so far so I'll probably finish it soon.
**Updated 05/07.. finished the Fountainhead. It's good, definitely recommend it. It probably could've been shorter, though I doubt there is a 700 page book out there that I wouldn't feel that way about. Great characters, interesting story and the ending made the lenth worthwhile. I love books that end how I would like them to end. :) I started The Magus by John Fowles last night. It's another old book, I'm not sure what it's about yet but I like it so far.
Tropical the island breeze, all of nature wild and free, this is where I long to be, La isla bonita....
