Myra hails from the north of Sweden and it all started in the beginning of 2005 as a rock band and as the time has past the sound has developed to a much more darker and heavier sound, which will touch the listener for sure, and their lyrics deal with such thing as death, sorrow and despair. Members have come and go, but now Myra has a steady line-up which is, on vocals and guitar Patrik, lead guitar Christoffer, bass Mike , on the drums Andrew, percussion Paula and on the synth Josefin. In the late 2005 Myra released their first single Smellig your fear which also contained their first music video that was created by the masterminds at Flim Produktion and it has got really good respond from the critics. In the beginning of 2006 Myra had their first gig and it was a success so many gigs have followed after that and in May 2006 they recorded a mcd Desolation which contains 3 songs and the music video, the songs are now available.
