Will B

Hello ladies, I've just ridden a porpoise.

About Me

Hi, thanks for visiting my page :o) Leave a comment or something if you want!

Will B first wrote about himself in the third person at the tender age of 10. He became fascinated by the fact that it makes it look like someone else wrote about him, but actually it was he who thought of everything. He worked really hard on his third person writing skills and gained the support of his family and friends. When he was 13, he bought a pen which allowed him to take the art of third person writing a lot more seriously. At the tender age of just 23 he has established himself as one of the brightest up and coming stars in the third person writing scene, gaining support from some of the biggest exponents in the third person genre, concentrating mainly on electro and tech third person writing.

Some facts and vital statistics about me:

I’m 23 years old.

I make trance music, as I am sure you are aware by now from the music that is coming out of the player...

I won’t try and talk too much about my music here. I assume you found my page because either a) you knew my music already b) you know someone who knew my music already or c) you know me outside of my music. So there’s a good chance you either know anything I could type in here already, or you don’t particularly care. Either way is fine by me!

I’ll try and keep the player reasonably updated with my new stuff, I make music all the time and sometimes it turns out OK enough to stick in there. That’s probably the best way to keep up to date with my musical goings on if you wish to do so.

Away from music I just finished my final year at UWE in Bristol, so I have to attempt to become part of the real world now. I can assure you it’s a scary prospect.

Things I like:

Music, films, anything that can make me laugh, monkeys, living in Clifton, Jammie Dodgers, dancing like a lunatic, Jacques fruit cider (yum!), Eau D’Issey, poker, travelling and most importantly all of my awesome friends!

Things I dislike:

Mushrooms, happy hardcore, "Thanks for the add" posts on myspace, "very strong rum" (curse you Thomas, that stuff is evil), anything on MTV Base, people who eat too loudly and microwaved food.

I guess that’ll do for this presentation, if you want to know more about me then just ask or leave a comment, I’m reasonably friendly and I don’t bite (unless you ask nicely).

Anyway, I hope you didn’t get too bored reading these words. Thankyou for taking the time to visit my page and read my scrawlings here.

Will :o)

Just a small PS here, at the moment I’m too busy to be able to give individual feedback about your music. If you want to send your tracks to me for consideration for my show then that’s great, but I don’t have time to give detailed constructive criticism about music right now. If you’re looking for production tips then maybe it’s better to visit www.trance.nu and post samples in the Artist Promotion section. Good luck!

DJ Mag Top 100 Time

Yeah so this popularity contest irritates me a lot. Anyone posting shitty flyers on my page will get reported for spam, and then hunted down by me with a rusty hacksaw. You have been warned.

Seated tickets to Tiesto - proof that trance is no longer "dance" music

As you well know, I have a penchant for complaining about the state of the trance scene. However, I usually shirk away from directing my attacks at a specific person in the scene. Well, today is ...

Retirement (maybe temporary, maybe not) due to the state of the trance scene right now

It's a difficult decision to give up something you love to do, but it's one that I've come to over the last few weeks. I'm not sure I can be bothered with the way trance is right now, and here are the...

How to make it big in trance in 8 easy steps.

Well hello there. Seeing as it's so important these days for everyone who's ever listened to an Armin set to be a "producer", and how anyone who ever downloaded Traktor is now a DJ, I thought I'd post...

The State of Trance 2008

In my weird, self-indulgent way, I thought it would be nice to have a little bitch about the trance scene, as it's been a while since my last one. Trance has changed a lot over the last year or so, an...

The state of trance

I'm getting more and more downbeat about the state of trance music right now. It's a genre which I love, and one which I've been incredibly enthousiastic about for the last 8 years. Recently however, ...
