Deposit Rules and Information: The Deposit for the event is $100 per person. When booking your room, you must make the deposit for everyone in your room. If everyone is paying with a separate credit card, Each person must reference a group name on their deposit forms. Single $100 deposits will not be accepted for Double, Triple and Quad Rooms without a reference group. ** If you make a deposit for a double, triple or quad and do not follow the above rules, we will refund your money minus a $5 processing fee.** There is a $50 cancellation fee for reservations canceled up to 45 days prior to the event. $75 cancellation fee for reservations canceled up to 30 days prior. Cancellations made with in the final 30 days are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Final Payments for the event must be made by August 1, 2008. On August 3, 2008 all moneys will be forfeited for unpaid balances that have not been addressed by Divine9Online and the customer.
