Generally, I am interested in ceramics. Ceramics are pretty interesting. More so, I think is the art of glass blowing. This is very interesting. I would think that it would be so very hot to make such beautiful objects from molten glass. I am especially intersted in the little glass elephants. What a severe risk do the men and women of the glassblowing field endure just to create all those tiny glass elephants. Just so we all can ignore them. What an interesting cruel heartless world.
I'd like to meet:
A well dressed short man, almost too short, like a midget. I mean a little person. No, I mean a midget. This midget-man would be dressed in his smallest finery and have in his inside jacket pocket an envelope. Within this envelope would be a ticket for a 6 day, 7 night vacation in Marzipanistan. A brand-new country made completely of a gingerbread-like substance. He would walk up to my front door with this prized invitation, ready to sing a reward song he composed himself, using only his native Marzipanian toungue. I would so very much like to meet this man. No one else is of interest to me.

Movies:
I remember seeing Bambi as a child. For those of you unfamiliar with this movie, Bambi is the story of a young Brazillian prostitute named "Bambi". She works by day in a charming little coffeehouse in Rio De Janiero, ekeing out a modest living slinging lattes and keeping the newspapers and magazines organized. By night she dances the forbidden dance "Lambada" for all the tourists. For the right price, she will take you, Sailor, and show you how hot LATIN FIRE can burn. And it can burn so very, very HOT. I am fond of this movie on a great many levels, but mostly beacuse Bambi's mother is shot suddenly by a hunter in a snowstorm about midway through the picture. This caught me completely by surprise.

Books:
Libraries are the greatest development that mankind has yet developified. You can just walk in, look around, find a book -say a book on brain sugery- you can "check out" this book, and take it home with you. No questions asked. You don't even have to bring it back. You can literally keep this book at home, or even travel the country with it, or even abroad, and never, ever bring it back. You will not be arrested, thrown in jail, or have to pay a fine. I know this because I have done this very thing. I have also conducted brain sugery using the book I stole from the Library. The patient sadly died, but they never found out about that damn book. Fuck you George Bush!
Heroes:
Joseph Campbell, Gandhi, Steve Jobs, Martin Luther King, Tina Fey, My Mother. And whomever kills Myspace and makes a good one in its place.
