I really hate talking about myself, but here goes! LOL. To start off, I take incredible pride in calling myself a native Texan, an Austinite, and a Texas Longhorn. I live in Central Austin and LOVE IT! My personality: Most people will tell you that I am a extroverted person, always looking for an excuse to have a good time and party. This is very true… although I want to stress the word "party". I don't do any drugs, nor do I like to get drunk anymore, so I just like to casually go out and have a good time. Have it be downtown or at a lounge/bar, in the middle of the dance floor, at home playing board games or watching movies, or at dave and busters spending way to much damn money – I LIKE TO HAVE A GOOD TIME. Usually this "good time" is created by the good company I am with… I'm social, so I like to be around people – but I do need some alone time (like everyone else should). I am incredibly optimistic and very realistic. I always try to see the brighter outlook in any situation, and always remember the positives of life or a situation. It takes a lot for me to get down, which can often times be confused with me being annoyed or disappointed. I can be a pretty damn accurate judge of character. I usually am a dominant person, and I say this because of my personality… so I would say I have a strong dominant personality if you really get to know me, but let's not get that confused with my ability to be submissive. My scene: If I had to use one word to define my scene it would have to be “urbanâ€â€¦ I use this word because I love all the things that you can find in an urban place…mixed use development, mass transit, eclectic places, lots of restaurants, and typically laid back, open minded, educated, and friendly people. I like people with passions in life, but not when they confuse it with obsessions, or use it as a tool to convey anger or bitterness. I like people who always live life to the fullest. I couldn't care less about money, as long as you have enough to live..and that you can afford your lifestyle and do not leave out of your means. I couldn't care less about clothes you wear and appearance, as long as it's comfortable and clean, and you know how to dress up if situation needs be. I couldn't care less about what you drive, because if it was really up to me, I wouldn't have a car anyway.. but Austin is not the mass transit capital of the world, so I am outta luck! The downfall with using the word "urban" is that it can usually leave out the other part of where I would identify my scene as.. This is probably because Texans should define a new sense of the word urban, because we are blessed with large cities, and large country! I keep active in a sense by going to the gym. I have a golds gym membership and like to workout as much as I can. I like being outdoors, going hiking, canoing, rowing, walking, running, jogging, being at the lake, in the creek, or just at the park. I love being able to go out there to relax and then coming home to a nice air conditioned apt and hot shower. I love being able to look at a hilly terrain, and see nothing but green from trees as far as I can see. Overall: I am a good person, always trying to do good for those around me – all the time. I try to make the best out of any situation, and do my best to make a change or a difference. I would consider myself an efficient, but effective person. I love to have a good time, and have a very good strong hold on life. I know that there are things out there that I still have yet to see or do, and that time will come – I promise. I value my friends and my family higher than any material possession I own. I'm passionate with life itself, knowing that it's so beautiful and so precious. I'm passionate with music, of all kinds. Mostly I am into electro/techno/trance but I like any form of powerful music including top 40, alternative, rock, country, and hell - even christian rock. Music has the exclusive power to elevate me to a state in which is otherwise unachievable. I try to keep all negativity and drama at a minimum, knowing that it's inescapable. My favorite day of the year is new years eve, and my favorite holiday is Christmas. I'm content with my life, with myself, and am not afraid to see what my future holds.
