I started writing songs at the age of 8 while listening to Britney Spears and such. So yeah, I was a singer before a rapper and my first songs were pop. I came to rap after spending a summer in Dallas with my cousins. I realized that with rapping I can get a more thorough message out in a 3 minute track than singing. I was signed a couple times and dropped out because of the limitations. Now I am the President of Abnotic Records, one of the most respected underground labels in the world. I've worked with Jive Records, J Records, Epic Records, Def Jam, and other respected companies. I have also produced for Hollywood, some major games from Electronic Arts and even some commercials you watch on TV. I guess you can call me a business person, songwriter, rapper, singer, music producer, recording engineer, artist manager and student all in one. In the past year or so I have slowly lost my passion for hip hop as it has transformed into a genre full of nothing but mindless lyrics and a lot of repetitiveness. Instead I listen to pop, rock, punk, techno and other various genres. However, rapping is still my main tool when it comes to lyrical tracks about life. I do a lot of background work such as music composition/production, ghost songwriting, managing artists, etc and thus, get very little time to make songs of my own. Music is my passion, however, I only plan to persue it as a side career in the future, unless I am offered a deal good enough to make me change my mind. One of my major goals in life is to leave a strong mark in history so my name will always be remembered and respected... and I have not a doubt in my mind that I will.
