Brandon Stephens

Started singin at the age of four. I was just sinttin in the pew and realized i could hear different tones within the music and thought it was pretty cool. The rest is history lol....I've always wanted to say that. Each year of school from K-12 and my 2 years at Snead State i was involved in some kind of choir or music group. My vocal range is about 3 1/2 octaves. I'm originally a Bass 2 but i worked my ass off for years to perfect my falsetto voice. It helps me do all the high stuff ya know. I've paid my dues....worked at a couple of chicken plants for 4 or 5 years before goin down 2 Networks to sing a lil karaoke one night. That led to my current job as a DJ and weekend entertainer at the lounge. I definantly don't take my job for granted. I was blessed with the opportunity to make a living with music. Not sure how long this opportunity will hold up but i'm tryin to make a good run out of it while can. I've met sooo many people while at my job. I've ran across many personalities which has led me to learn many styles of music. I've worked very hard at being a very diverse musical individual. My songs range from Vince Gill, George Strait, Keith Urban, Clay Walker, Dierks Bently, Josh Turner.....to Usher, Babyface, Keith Sweat, Lloyd, Brian Mcknight, Joe, Jon B.....to Atlanta Rhythm Section, Temptations, Eric Clapton, Commodores, Rolling Stones, Wilson Pickett, Roy Orbison, Michael Buble', Eagles, James Taylor, Platters......hell i don't feel like naming anymore but i'm sure you get the picture. I still have a lot of room for improvement but i have come a long way from when i started. I wrote, arranged, produced, and sang background vocals on all the songs on my page. It's my first demo i guess. If it weren't so damn expensive i'd have more lol. I'm tryin to learn the guitar. I've written a couple songs accoustically but no one has heard em yet. I'm not good enough to play in front of anyone yet....least i don't think so. Till i'm comfortable with it i won't. Come see me at Networks in Guntersville sometime. I'll sing ya a song or two
