I've become quite a homebody. I like my job. I like my apartment. I love my girlfriend and I love my life. My perfect day involves sleeping in, making pankakes for two, taking an afternoon nap, then dinner an a movie. I recently graduated from culinary school. I now know what a soubise and a rascasse are, but I've only just begun my culinary journey. I fear that some of you will become my guinnea pigs in the future. I will try do do my best for you and for me.
