About Me

I'm originally from the Philadelphia area and now live in good ol' Georgia. I've been here 7 years and it doesn't feel like it. Time Flies. Sometimes I feel stuck in the 80's but in a good kind of way. (Not the high hair kind of way!) My 20's are a blur but so worth what I can remember. (No regrets.) My 30's have been a big transition period. I'm pretty mellow and lead a quiet life. As I head towards the 40 mark, I'm dreading the mid-life crisis period of my life. Who knows what will happen? I just hope my friends are there for the ride! Greece, here we come!!! The ultimate goal.

Music:

Everything from the 80's to now. The Cure, Cocteau Twins, The Smiths, Pearl Jam, Bob Marley, Dead Can Dance, B-52's, 10,000 Maniacs, REM, Sarah McLachlan, Violent Femmes, Rusted Root, Pink, Live, Linkin Park and the list goes on. How about "Lords of Acid" for fun? Have I mentioned the Hair Soundtrack? Gotta love HAIR. Then there is Disco! Don't forget the old time crooners such as Frank Sinatra and Toni Bennett, too. There is no limit to this stuff although I have to admit, I'm not a big country music fan. Small doses are ok.

What are they? Start them but never finish them. (Kind of funny for an English major, eh?)

Too many to list. My siblings and friends. When all else fails, who's going to catch you when you fall? My family and friends are my rocks in life.
