About Me

Im a divorced father with 3 kids has been single for almost 4 years and ready to start meeting people, making new friends, & dating. its been awhile since I dated, like 18 years so Im rusty to say the least and haven't had much luck so far. I'm easy going and I like to think I have a good sense of humor. I have been told i'm "a nice guy" and even that i'm " To nice" this seems to be a character flaw that Iâ€™m working on fixing. I am a pretty simple guy, Jeans & tee shirt but clean up quite well when needed.I have joint custody so Iâ€™m with my kids a lot. I have worked for 22 years in a Juvenile Detention facility as a youth specialist. Before that I spent some time in Florida where after graduating from the police academy I was a police officer in the city of Lake Worth. I don't like the cold weather I perfer to stay inside but am open to winter activities with the right teacher. I actually like doing laundry, house cleaning and washing the dishes etc. I am by no stretch of the imagination a good cook, so if you can cook I can clean.Thank you for taking the time to check me out and who knows with a little luck this nice guy will beat the odds and finish first and we will talk soon.

I'd like to meet:

I would like to meet someone take time to get to know each other, go out have fun date and maybe develope a long term relationship. I want to make sure I don't make the same mistakes again. I have learned that its best to take ones time and not rush into anything.Its also nice when a woman contacts the man.I would like to meet people who are honest with a sense of humor who enjoy laughing and enjoying life.Communication and friendship are very important. I would like to meet someone single or who has been married before who is also ready to start dating again. I have been told that i'm a nice guy, too nice, I think and that might be my biggest draw back, because as the saying goes "nice guys finish last" I am hoping to one day change that and finish 1st.
