The Grim

Kissed the world I loved goodbye. That which became alien to me as the big junky in the sky pumped it full of hate, apathy and pedants. As it's face turned from a beautiful fair land to the haggard, drawn, tired landscape of someone on their way out. Moved to the other side of the world. I had to turn my back and run. Oh, how I cry, yet the warm sunshine dries my tears and fills my heart with joy. To see a new face, that knows me not, and cares for me not. It's mine to do with what I want. Bliss. I'll forever mourn that which is lost to me and continues to be abused.
