180º Mason originally started as a noise/experimental project with the most simple equipment possible called "Nil" in 2006 inspired by Boyd Rice. Nil was very similar to the work of 180º Mason, but less evolved technologically. The single "Atlantis" was originally written and ultimately lost as part of Nil. Only one song remains from the Nil project called "Red Pills."
Now, in 2008, with enhanced research and a new calling of empirical majesty, the universe saught out a new architect. Commanding and about facing from even the 33º freemasons, the new heirarchal order of nihilism is born in 180º Mason. An intense metaphoric struggle is encrypted in this work, and all who follow shall be willingly enslaved for the good of society. The new mythology is born, of the future. Nil has died for the sins of man, and now 180º Mason rises from the sod in order to remind them that he has died in vain for sin no longer exists under the new order. The rule of the New World Order of 180º Mason shall be swift, ruthless, and complete. Either you join the kneeling hierarchy, or be crushed by it's delusions of empiricism.The first collaberation of many to come, is with the artist Matt Crane .
