Jazz Plus is a jazz combo of six that was founded in 2002 in and around the greater Los Angeles area. The band consists of six talented musicians from diffrent cultural backgrounds with one thing in common, the love for the art and creativity of new music. Jazz Plus's early influences include Louis Armstrong, Count Basie, Ella Fitzgerald, Miles Davis and John Hammond. In our musical Journey we have also incorporated some latin jazz influenced inspired by orchesrtras like Cachaos Mambo(Cuba), Tito Puente(Puerto Rico), Grupo Niche(Colombia) and Sergio Mendez(Brazil). Our diverse background and wide musical influence allows us to create and execute to our plublic a blend of nice smooth sound that is very pleasing to the ear......
