About Me

Who would I like to meet? Everyone! I believe that by meeting new people, you enrich your own life and learn more about other lifestyles and cultures. Personally, I like to have fun-Mt. Biking, listening to music, reading, drinking a nice, cold glass of beer and watching movies are some of the things I enjoy. I may be excessively tall, but don't let that scare you. Once you get to know me, you'll find I'm one of the most care-free, easygoing people around. I don't sweat the insignificants, and I try to keep a smile on my face as much as possible. Some people say I have a weird, twisted sense of humor, but considering that "Borat" and "Jackass" are making trillions of dollars, I guess I'm not the only one. I may look responsible( I work for tha Man) but don't let that fool you. One thing I don't try to do is be someone else. I don't pretend that I'm rich, or "cool". I drive a crappy car, but then again, so did Sam Walton. I don't put much stock in materialism. I find it's who we love and are loved by that makes all the difference in this ocean of chaos that we call our lives. Speaking of love, I'm with the greatest Woman in the world, Amber. She is truly the light of my life, my better half. She fills my heart with happiness and inspires me to be a better person every single day. If you can relate to anything I've listed above, or are looking for somebody to Mt. Bike with, or need a good laugh, I'm the man. Yes, I am in fact, THE MAN.NorthWest Arkansas Cycling

Pushing the Red Button (A short and to the point blog)

There's something that has been getting on my nerves the past few weeks.  I'll send someone a message, asking them how they're doing, that I haven't heard from them in awhile, etc.  Sure I'm...

OBSOLETE PHRASES

Here are some phrases that I'm tired of hearing.  Let's analyze them and you'll see why.  One of my resolutions for the New Year is to quit using them. "That Guy/Girl is such a Loser!"- ...

F.Y.I. for all you ladies out there.

Unless your husband is beating you, or you're in mortal danger, DON'T KICK A GUY IN THE GROIN.  It's not cute and you're certainly not being funny.  It could really injure somebody.  Wo...

Be like me, HUG A MUTHERFUCKIN' TREE!!!!

With the cooler temperatures finally here, for whatever reason, it seems like it makes me a more brave rider.  I seem to recall my worst Mt. Bike wrecks always happening in the Fall and Winter.&n...

TOOL 9-15-06 KANSAS CITY, MO

With the Mt. Bike Championships looming in the back of my mind, I really wasn't looking forward to seeing TOOL.  Why?  Because one, they're supporting the album 10,000 Days, which I'm not to...

Blessed is he who hath created "happy hour"

So I'm sitting around yesterday, completely and utterly bored out of my mind(a very dangerous thing, to be sure), when my brother calls me up and invites me to go with him to Platinum(a strip club) be...

Fayetteville Confederate Cemetary

Ever since I moved back to Fayetteville, I've been itching to visit the Confederate Cemetary.  I had been there once before, but it was very late at night and I really couldn't see much.  Co...
