Stellar

Stellar formed after the groups JAH and Uxus-Band folded, due to a lots of reasons in 2005 in Syktyvar, Russia. Musicians Max, BiG_K, Parovozz, Cuba and Uxus wanted to continue, and so they started a new band called Stellar. JAH played some KoRn-like nu-metal and Uxus-Band played kind of pop-punk/emo, so a new born Stellar started with a strange mix of pop-punk/emo music and lyrics and some heavy nu-metal insertions in some songs such as brutal guitars, sreaming, growling and even some rap parts. Later that year, the band played their first show opening for Everything, a metal-core band from Moscow. In 2006 the band had a lots of problems due to continual attempts to fill the gutarist's vacansy that formed with quitting of former guitarist known as Cuba. Later that year the band finally became complete with recruiting Alexey 'Tolstiy' Vaneev (Durdom – Band) and started to form the new repertoire, that would satisfy every band's member. In 2007 Stellar recorded their first self-produced demo-EP entitled Tender Loving Emptiness. For that moment the band played a mix of styles such as pop-punk, emo, emo-core, hard-core, metal-core and nu-metal. The band itself defines the style as fat-core. In 2008 Stellar have finished recording of self-produced debut album entitled One Small Step For A Man containing 12 tracks. Every song is a little very personal story that the band would like to share with fans. At this moment the band writing new songs to start the recording of the second album.
