YES, IT IS TIME FOR THE WORLD TO RECOGNIZE, BLACK SILVER!This Tennessee born, California raised musician has been stomping around in the biz, making noise for some time now. Starting at an early 14 years old, Silver quickly gained and perfected the craft of a graffiti artist. Painting from city to city, he then started graffiti crews of his own. he was even mentioned in "EVERY-GRAPH" as one of the legends in California. Around the same time, Silver would return home to a dj set, where he would throw on a couple of records and mix for hours, preparing music for him and his boys to paint to. A few years went by, and after getting into a little trouble with the law, for defacing public property, Silver would swiftly move right along into the world of break dancing. Breakin carried him into adulthood and landed him his first paid gigs as a back up dancer. The tour featured Deff Jeff, Body and Soul, and Kid n Play. Having the education and the knowledge of the music world so well, he felt the need to start writing his own songs. keeping them to himself and only reciting when asked, was the way it began. After a serios foot injury, it became obvious which route he wanted to take in his career. Jumping into the recording booth was next and it started working out. Shortly after this, recording started and touring with such legends as Ice T and Kool Keith. They showed him a thing or two, and finally unleashed the kid into the world. Content with the way things have been going to date, Silver has yet to pursue a solo attempt with the big boys, until now. Fully focused and well trained, silver is prepared to step into the ring. Having been coached by some of the most respected artists, along with paying close attention to the inner workings of the industry, it is definitely time for the man of the hour to get his shine on.
