Born and raised in LONG BEACH, CA. With growing up in the urban area of Long Beach, I was a big fan of rap and hip hop. Soon after came R&B, Rock n Roll, Raggae and Soul. I was first brought into music at my church singing in the childrens choir.This then led to myself learning how to play the piano and the guitar and which also led me to playing and singing in the church's youth band. I then constantly overwhelmed my ear drums with different genres of music and finally found my infatuation for R&B. Of course with the simple fact that I'm Asian, people tend to get surprised when they hear me sing because it's not what they're used to seeing. I would sing for recreation only like with some friends and family and stuff, until I began to get a lot of people encouraging me to pursue something with it. So here I am, out here trying to catch this dream of mine 'cause I refuse to let God's gift go to waste. I've only been taking my music seriously as a career for less than a year now and I'm working really hard this year in hopes to make it successful. During the years I've been playing/performing at coffee houses, restaurants, weddings, small clubs, "OPEN MICS" and basically anywhere I can find a stage, JUST SO THAT I CAN GET MYSELF OUT THERE AND BE NOTICED. I'm trying to build a fan base and create a buzz for myself. "Hey, you can't knock the hustle right?". There are many doubters but there are also many supporters so I tend not to be discouraged and try my best to stay persistent and optimistic. I'm not the type of person who sits and wonders about the "What if's?". I'd like to know that I've at least tried. A lot of people just "Speak about it", I'm "Being about it". I'm on the grind and I'm using any and every outlet I can and I'm making the most out of every chance I get. I've done my research on the Music Business and I know that it is not easy and that it is also devious. As of right now, I really don't know what God has planned for me, but I'm leaving it to him. So after countless prayers to him for guidance, I'm finally taking that extra step to moving forward in chasing my dream. I'ma need all the support I can get so please spread the word.
I am currently "UNSIGNED". As of right now I'm songwriting and keeping myself busy with recordings and booking performances.
