YOU KNOW WHO YOU.....The reason I will always love is because thats all iknow how to do...NH this is for you.......remember this....and i quote...."The semi-finals to Rochester's Most Popular band contest were recently held at Milestones. Contajus played a Cover band called Stronghold whom they had already beaten in the previous round. Due to an error on part of management at Milestones, there was an inadequate number of bands for the semi-finals. Therefore, mngmnt. decided to give a second chance to the band who received the second most votes...this particular band refused, therefore mngmnt. decided to then give the same offer to the third runner up...Stronghold.
In the second match between Contajus and Stronghold, Stronghold received the majority vote. Thus, giving Stronghold a chance in the final round and a chance at $4K, leaving Contajus with next to nothing. It is the belief of Contajus fans that the organization and outcome of this contest was bias, and that the band was cheated out of their winnings. No bands participating in the contest should have to pay for the mistakes of those planning it. We are sending management a request to fix this situation, in addition to this petition. Please send this petition on, the more signatures we have, the stronger our position will be. I MOTION FOR A GRUDGE MATCH."---N.H.
