We are Ambiguous Flashlight and we have begun a musical movement called 'touch yourself for feminism'. We practice christian values in our rap. We are three music students at the incredibly prestigious Berklee College of Music. Lindsay "The Sick Ass Nasty Beat Master" Straw majors in jingle writing on the oboe and hardcore folk studies. Katie "Officer of Onomotapoeia" Slicher is a classical saxophonist and music therapy major. Hamilton "The Benda" Sims plays the mouth organ and majors in country music studies. We reside in a dormitory in Boston. Katie has rapped since the age of 4. Hamilton offers a wide range of squeaking noises, which actually range up to 5 octaves. Lindsay lays down a beat like a sick ass nasty motherfucker. We draw influences from celtic, country and emo music. Katie's favorite band: Dashboard Confessional; Lindsay's: The 10 Tenors; Hamilton's: 12 Asian Girls on the Strings. We are often joined by hard-core rapper Luisa "The Rodrigues Alves Camargo" Mariano, hailing from the castles of Brazil and specializing in comic nonsense. All of our recording is done in Studio 412 at the 150 Building of Berklee College of Music.God bless!
