About Me

I'm a self-employed musician and luthier. (That's a guitar-maker for the layperson) Mostly, I'm an anti-war, conspiracy-theorist hippie. Denton was a great place to incubate such sensibilities... : ) Really though, I am a music contractor of all sorts. My headline doesn't mean that I harbor disdain for those with "normal" jobs. Heck, some weeks I'd trade my pickin' hand for those "normal" hours & pay. I play many instruments, and am a professional producer and engineer. I have performed in productions ranging from country to ska to traditional jazz for crowds ranging from 10 to 7000. This season, I'm starting a two year stint in Branson, MO as the lead guitarist for a 50s & 60s nostalgia act. During the week I compose and record music for a production team based in the DFW metroplex. I have enjoyed recording and sharing the stage with multiple Grammy award winning artists. For leisure, I work because I love music. That is all. : )

My Interests

Well music performance and instrumentation, of course! Any form of art that I'm able to get... I like to cook when I don't have to clean up before AND after... Electronic music and instruments. Outdoorsy stuff like camping, hiking, mountain climbing, getting away...
