When I was in Year 2 my dad made me go to the library everyday after school. He created a monster. I started walking around everywhere with my head in a book. It even got to the point where MY DAD started ragging on me for reading too much. He even paid me out for being so unpopular, asking who I would invite to my coming birthday party: "the library?" (ha ha chortle snort). I was a huge geekwad. Now I still read... but I balance my life with general deviant behaviour. And my dad's disappointed that I'm not more of a moral upstanding citizen. Haha
My all-time favourite book is "My Summer of Love"- ok, so the title sounds like a terrible romance novel but it's actually really good. A tale of girl-passion turned rancid. A movie adaptation's been done but the book's waaay better. Read it!
