Hmmm. I'd like to meet someone who lives around the corner, who likes to go fishing, hiking in the forest, and has no great expectations of me. Hahaha. I'm really looking to meet people here, anyone, friends and companions. Huntsville offers little in this area, because half the population consists of college students who rush away every Friday. I'd like to meet someone who has children, or cares about children. Being a parent changes you. FRED D. THOMPSON! Look him up at:http://www.freddthompsonforpresident.com/http://www.votet hompson.info/
Classic rock. I grew up in the 60s and 70s, and I love the music from the 50s thru the 80s and Hootie and the Blowfish, R&B, Detroit, pretty much all music prior to MTV.
Armageddon, Dodgeball, Bruce Almighty, Glory, Platoon... The Natural, and most other baseball movies. Man On The Moon, Biloxi Blues. Cary Grant and Paul Newman movies. Few newer movies, but I like the Tom Harris the Indiana Jones, and all of Michael Crichton. The point, in Forrest Gump, where he meets his son just kills me. The Manchurian Candidate is a bit too much, if you've had a bit too much. LOL I have several hundred titles, and I enjoy all of them.
Saturday morning cartoons.
Harper Lee, Jose Saramago, John Grisham, Thomas Harris, James Patterson, Stephen King, Dean Koontz, Michael Crichton, and much more.
My parents; my son and my daughter, and their mother; the EMS/Police/Fire and Rescue folks that deal with the worst things that life can offer; correctional staff who keep the freaks away from the decent people; Frank Castle; the people working construction on the dangerous highways, getting the job done; the brave men and women in the military; dedicated teachers; Fred D. Thompson; Phil Garner; again, my children. Oh, and George Malley.
