I am David Motchman and this is my work. I'm currently a practicing media artist based in Leeds and Colchester, I graduated with a first from Leeds Metropolitan's BA Hons Contemporary Creative Practice in June 2008, throughout my time there I have been involved with many exhibitions, performances and collaborations with artists, animators, graffiti artists, sound engineers, DJ's and composers. My work spans across multiple genres and often combining them, from film, sculpture, photoshop, performance, print and sketch work. Most of my work is very much about the creative process, thinking of why and how something came to be, the story of its creation grabs my attention. Alot of my recent work has been questioning our perceptions of reality, wanting to find out why we do what we do and how this effects our perceived reality.
