About Me

I am 31 year old Hawaiian from Molokai (MKK represent!)based out of Seattle, WA. I work as a security/medical consultant for both private and government entities. It's an interesting job, constant change. One day you're dressed in Khaki 5.11s, underarmour and body armor, the next you're in a suit, the following day in full tactical gear and BDUs. I guess I'm a little "crazy" as my friends like to call me to do this, not because so much of what I do, but you've gotta be a little nutz to think you got it easy when today was just a 12hr day. I added another blog with a couple of working pics. If you want to know more about me, just drop me a note.
Okay, If you don't know, now you know.... I've started a training blog, to chronicle what I've been up to, and to add my workouts/running/swimming so that I can keep track of them. I just started, so there's not much to read yet, but I figured I can look back in a year to see how far I've come. I will also post all competitions, and things that I do with results on this blog.
